Certifications, Quality and Sustainability

At OPR, we believe that quality, sustainability and reliability are not just statements, but concrete commitments that guide every stage of our work. The design, construction and assembly of exhibition stands require technical expertise, strategic vision and structured process management. That is why we have chosen to equip ourselves with internationally certified and recognised systems, which represent a tool for continuous improvement for us and an objective guarantee for our customers.

Our policy: quality and sustainable development
OPR’s management promotes continuous improvement in service quality and sustainable development of events. Our goal is to create installations that are consistent with the image and communication style of the client, contributing to the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the event.
• continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction;
• control of process efficiency and effectiveness;
• selection and evaluation of supplier reliability;
• compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations;
• reduction of consumption and waste production;
• raising stakeholder awareness of sustainability issues.

ISO 9001: Certified quality in processes
ISO 9001 certification attests that our processes are structured, controlled and oriented towards
continuous improvement. For our customers, this means clear operating standards, traceability of activities, risk control and greater reliability in results.

ISO 20121: Sustainability applied to events
ISO 20121 is an international standard specific to the events and trade fair sector and guarantees
responsible management of environmental, social and economic impacts. For customers, this means greater consistency with ESG policies, support in international tenders and trade fairs, and optimisation of resources.

CRIBIS Prime Company: Maximum financial reliability
The CRIBIS Prime Company recognition identifies companies with the highest level of commercial reliability. For customers and partners, it represents a guarantee of financial stability, fairness in commercial relationships and long-term solidity.

Better Stands: responsible design and concrete recognition
Our commitment to sustainability is also put into practice in international programmes dedicated to the trade fair sector. The stand created for Carcano Antonio SPA at CPHI was awarded Gold status in the Better Stands programme in 2024 and again in 2025, confirming the continuity and solidity of our design approach. Better Stands promotes reusable exhibition solutions designed to reduce environmental impact, moving away from the logic of “disposable” stands in favour of durable, recyclable structures with high aesthetic quality. The Gold level, the highest recognition in the Bronze-Silver-Gold programme, is reserved for stands that meet the highest standards of reusability and sustainability, setting a virtuous example for the entire sector.

Certified quality, measurable sustainability and financial solidity: these are the pillars on which OPR builds its work, with responsibility, transparency and attention to the future.
